1lb Pork loin cleaned and cut into 4 oz steaks
1 oz Olive oil
1 oz garlic clove

And our special ingredient:

Tomatillo Stew with Grilled Pork Loin

Servings: 4


1. Pre heat the grill to 400 degrees.

2. Place the Dulci Tomatillo Stew in a small sauce pan and warm on low heat. Cut the garlic cloves in half and rub the exposed side on each side of the meat; discard the garlic. Brush the olive oil on the pork, and grill on each side for 3 – 6 minutes depending on how done you like the   pork. Place the pork on a plate and top with the Dulci Tomatillo Stew.
