Ingredients

1 lb Thick white fish fillets (Chilean sea bass or cod), cut into 8-12 pieces
1 Package Thai coconut lime skewers
1 tsp Canola oil

And our special ingredient:
DULCI THAI COCONUT SEASONING

Coconut Thai Fish Kabobs

Servings 4:




Directions:

1. Thread fish cubes on four Thai coconut lime skewers and let sit for 15 minutes.

2. Coat saute pan with canola oil and heat. Add skewers to heated pan. Saute skewers on one side for one minute. Using tongs, turn skewers to brown opposite side.

3. Immediately add the Dulci Thai Coconut Seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low, and simmer covered for 5 minutes.

 We recommend this recipe to be served with jasmine rice.


 You can use chicken or turkey instead of white fish fillet.
