6 oz whole wheat flour
0.1 oz baking powder
2 oz egg
8 fl oz milk
1/2 fl oz olive oil
4 oz raspberries fresh
1 fl oz canola oil for the griddle

Raspberries Pancakes with Nectarine Syrup

Servings: 4


Place the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix well. In a separate bowl add the milk, egg and olive oil. Beat with a whisk. Add the dry ingredients and beat until batter has formed and there are no lumps. Place the canola oil on the pre heated 350 degree griddle. Divide the batter into 8 pancakes, cooking 4 at the time. When the batter is ready put in the griddle and add 5 raspberries to each pancake. When the pancake begins to bubble flip it with your spatula. Cook another minute and remove. Place the Dulci Nectarine Syrup in a craft on the table and allow your guest to pour their own syrup.
