Pan – Seared Salmon with Dulci Strawberry RelishServings 4:
1. Coat salmon with wasabi mustard. Set aside.
2. Heat large nonstick saute pan. Add salmon and sear on all sides until nicely browned.
3. Place a large spoonful of Dulci Strawberry & Kiwi Relish on a plate and place salmon on top. Add more Dulci Strawberry & Kiwi Relish to taste. Serve with brown rice or couscous.
You can use chicken, turkey or lean pork instead of salmon.
