Coconut Shrimp with Garlic
1. Bring a 4 quart pot filled with water to a boil. Boil the shrimp until they are pink outside and opaque inside, approximately 3 minutes. Remove from pot with slotted spoon.
2. Toss the shrimp with the Dulci Lemon Garlic Seasoning. Serve on top of a green salad.
You can use lean beef, chicken, turkey or lean pork instead of shrimp.
