Ingredients

12 oz Bay scallops
1 cup Freshly squeezed lime juice

And our special ingredient:
DULCI TOMATO LIME SAUCE

Scallop Seviche Martini

Servings: 8



Directions:

1. Place scallops in a dish and add just enough lime juice to cover. Refrigerate at least 5 hours (not more than 24). Stir several times while in the refrigerator)

2. Toss gently the Dulci Tomato Lime Sauce with the scallops. Cover and refrigerate until it’s time to assemble.

3. Drain the scallops and spoon into the martini glass. Garnish with fresh cilantro (if desired).
