International Shipping
Our international customers are important to us. We are committed to insuring your package arrives quickly and safely, as expected.

General Shipping Information and Shipping Schedules
To guarantee your Miracle Fruit will arrive in icy-fresh condition, international orders are always shipped FedEx® International Priority. NO OTHER OPTION IS POSSIBLE.

Address Accuracy
In order for your package to arrive at your shipping destination as expected, you must supply the recipient’s shipping address and contact information in the correct postal format for FedEx® International Priority shipments.

Please have on hand the recipient’s shipping name, shipping address including postal code, and shipping phone number.

All information must be complete and accurate. In some countries; such as Canada, mail received without a complete and accurate address (i.e. full name and address of the recipient) will not be allowed to enter the country.

Important
  • Your recipient address must be correct to local standards.
  • Your phone number must include: country code, city (area) code, and number. Example: 01 555 555-5555.
  • If your shipping destination province is not listed in the shipping State/Province drop down list, please select Other (Non U.S.) from the list.
  • Make sure to include the correct spacing in your destination zip code! Example: L4B(space)3N6.

Sending Gifts Overseas
If you are sending the product as a gift overseas, please review the Duties and Taxes section below.

Duties and Taxes
Upon entry into your shipping destination country, the contents of your shipment will be assessed by the customs and excise authorities to determine any duty and/or taxes required, according to the items you have ordered.
  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
If taxes and/or duties are determined to be required, payment of the required import fees must be made by your recipient upon receipt of the package. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

The customs and excise agents in your destination country interpret the contents and assess their value against the declared value as presented by Miracle Fruits Exchange, Inc. Your declared value will be the cost of the Miracle Fruit(s) you are purchasing.

*Please Note: We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

The authorities have complete discretion in assessing the value of your items and the corresponding required fees. You can check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional fees will be prior to purchase.

Address Omissions and Errors
Please review your shipping address for omissions or errors as we cannot be held responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses once your order is in process. If you are in need of assistance with a shipment or an order, please Contact Us.

Return Policy 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns due to issues like:

  • Product didn’t work.
  • The food taste was not altered.
  • The effect was not long enough.
  • The Company will not be liable for product sent to the wrong address because information was not entered correctly by the customer. Please check your address information before submitting your order.
Miracle Fruit is a natural product in which the glycoprotein is always present, if it doesn’t work properly is NOT because of the fruit but rather the misuse of it. Please check our How To Use It topic and other pages throughout our site if you are unsure of your use of the product. 
Miracle Fruits Exchange, Inc. is not responsible for the lack of documentation of the recipient while importing the fruit to another country.
Miracle Fruits Exchange, Inc. will ensure all the documentation need it from the shipper will be include in a FedEx envelope for customs.
The company is not responsible for returns or holds in customs.
