Shipping Information
We add new trees every week. We pick berries every day. We ship what we pick within two days.

Our farm in Southwest Ranches, Florida is the only one in the United States being developed with the goal of producing a commercial volume of Miracle Fruit.

International Customers

Packaging & Safe Handling Instructions
Your fruit is packed with care to arrive fresh at your door. The fruit is shipped frozen with dry ice in a small Styrofoam cooler (see pictures).
  • As soon as you receive the fruit put it in the freezer immediately.
  • Be careful upon opening the box not to touch the dry ice since it may burn you, use gloves.
  • On top of the cooler there are instructions as to “How to use the fruit”, be sure you follow the instructions correctly so that the maximum benefit can be obtained.


Shipping

Miracle Fruit is shipped with freshness in mind. We recommend shipping time not to exceed 2 days from the time it leaves the farm. We recommend Fedex 2nd day, however other shipping options are available. Please Contact Us with your request if you do not see your shipping preference available.

  
 
 
 
 
We have partnered with FedEx®, a world-class leader in delivery of perishable products. When ordering, keep in mind these general guidelines:

  • We ship Monday through Wednesday FedEx® 2nd Day, to arrive on or before Friday.
  • For shipment on Thursday, we ship FedEx® Next Day to arrive on Friday.
  • For shipment on Friday, only Priority (next day) alternative is possible, and Saturday delivery will be used.
  • For our international clients, we ship FedEx® International Priority, guaranteed delivery within 2-3 business days, unless your package is held by Customs.
You will receive an email confirmation from FedEx® containing a FedEx® tracking number, once your order has shipped. You will receive a second email confirmation from FedEx® once your package has been delivered. If, for any reason, you do not receive your email confirmation tracking number within 2 business days, or your product has not arrived when expected, please Contact Us, or click Track Your Order on our website.

We normally send the packages “Signature Not Required”. If you need a signature to be required, please notate your wish in the Order Notes area of the Shopping Cart.

Saturday Deliveries

If you need your package to arrive on a Saturday, please use the Order Notes space provided on the checkout page to alert us. Saturday deliveries will incur an additional shipping charge.

Fruit Is Perishable!
Upon receipt, please freeze the fruit immediately. Miracle Fruit can be frozen for up to 1 month.
